Rates/Services

My rates vary depending on the type and length of training for which you're looking.

Payment is discussed in person, over the phone, or by email after the product is chosen and the user agreement is signed. Payment is taken by:  Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Credit Card. 

My services include but are not limited to:

  • Free Consultation 
    • 30 minutes and up, on the phone or in-person conversation to discuss your goals and how I can help you achieve them. 
  • Blood Work Consultations
    • I am well-versed in hormone issues that could impact your fitness goals through my experience as a patient care coordinator. I can recommend markers and review them to see if you have any issues that may require treatment. While I do not treat them directly, I can provide recommendations. 
  • In-Person Training 
    • If you're in my area I'll be able to see and coach you personally at your gym. This includes BMI testing and training protocols custom tailored to you.  
  • Nutrition Coaching
    •  Weekly Macro Coaching and Nutrition programming. My goal is to teach you proper eating habits and techniques to help you obtain your goals.
  • Standard Nutrition with Training Program
    • This plan included custom nutrition programming with personalized training tailored to you included. You will have weekly check-in as well as full access to the CCFB team for all your personal training and nutrition needs. 
  • Military Schools Training
    • If you're looking to attend a military school, you need specific training protocols to prepare you for the various obstacles and challenges you will face. This plan includes custom-tailored nutrition protocols as well as military-centered and training regiments. 
  • Off-Season Bodybuilding Coaching
    • ​​​​​​​This plan includes custom-tailored nutrition and personalized training regimens that fit the bodybuilding lifestyle. You will have weekly check-ins, and general bodybuilding tips from Coach Crayne himself. 
  • In-Season Bodybuilding Coaching
    • ​​​​​​​Contest prep is here and if you need a solid Coach to get you lean and shredded on stage, look no further. Coach Crayne is ready to take on the challenge with you and get you to your leanest most conditioned self this prep. 
  • Beginners Take Home Training Protocol
    • This program is a bare-bones, down-and-dirty program for those who have never touched a gym before but would like to give it a try
  • Intermediate Training Protocol
    • This Protocol is a 12-week take-home training protocol custom-tailored to your goals. The plan is meant for intermediate to advanced lifters/athletes and is designed to increase athleticism as well increase muscle mass and growth. 
  • Coach Crayne Advanced Boot Camp
    • ​​​​​​​This plan is an advanced peek into the programs I used for myself to train for Army Sapper School as well as SFAS (Special Force's Assessment and Selection). This plan is not for the faint of heart. It will challenge you in ways you have not been challenged before. If you're willing to undergo the transformation from athlete to something more, message me and we will begin.  
  • Hypertrophy Protocol
    • This plan is exactly what I use to prepare for my competitions. It's designed to induce hypertrophy in the muscle and create that nice round and full look on stage. This plan is tailored to aesthetics and will make you look like a beast. If you want to see what it's like to train like a bodybuilder this is the program for you.
